Man cleared of child abduction at Pentagon Shopping Centre in Maidstone

A dad-of-two has been cleared of snatching a baby in a car park after the prosecution offered no evidence against him.

Widower Dennis Milov, of Beresford Road, Gillingham, had denied child abduction.

Milov, 33, was accused of trying to abduct 27-year-old Emma Porter’s 10-week-old daughter Amelia in a car park at the Pentagon shopping centre on November 2 last year.

Judge Jeremy Carey entered a not guilty verdict at Maidstone Crown Court on Friday.
