Man steals from Mr. T's

A man left a jewellery store without paying for bracelet worth almost £1,600.

The shopper allegedly asked to see the item in Mr.T's Jewellers, in Maidstone, before running out of the shop.

The suspect ran right onto Gabriels Hill, towards Palace Avenue, near the town's police station.

Police appeal for Mr.T's thief

The incident happened at about 2.55pm on Thursday, August 2.

In a bid to find the offender, police have released a photo of a man they wish to speak to.

Anyone with any information is asked to call officers on 101, quoting crime reference YY/13833/12. Alternatively, witnesses can contact Kent Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
