Here's an exclusive chance to hear the new single from a rising dance music star.

Rapper Chalk, from Lordswood, filmed his latest single Things You Do at Mumu in Maidstone’s Week Street on Thursday (24).

The 23-year-old is tipped for the big time and his single has been snapped up by MTV Base and other music television channels.

The video stars model Charlotte Partou and Stacey Knight, both from Rainham, who play friends sick of their City-type boyfriends.

Marc Wareham, Chalk’s manager, said: “Chalk knew about Mumu and he needed a club for the video’s storyline. Liquid and Envy was a bit too big and Mumu’s decor looked great on camera.

“We’re really pushing the single because it’s got great commercial appeal and the garage bassline scene is massive right now.”
