A country road was closed for two hours following a crash yesterday.

Police and firefighters were called to Dean Street in Tovil at 4.30pm after a car overturned leaving a person trapped inside.

Fire crews were able to free them and no serious injuries were reported.

No other vehicles were involved.

The road was reopened at 6.30pm.
