The dog was found on Monday

A golden labrador is sitting in a kennel waiting for its owner to come forward.

The dog was found in Ditton's New Road on Monday but so far its owner has not come to collect it.

It is believed to be a female aged between two and three and was wearing a lead when it was discovered by another dog walker.

Currently housed in The Viking Oak Boarding Kennels and Animal Century, in Seven Mile Lane, the owners have until Monday, December 23 to reclaim their pet.
