CHARLIE BROMLEY: may still be in the Maidstone area

CONCERN is growing for a teenage girl who has been missing for a month.

Charlie Bromley, 14, who was staying in Staplehurst, near Maidstone, has not been back since the beginning of October.

She is white with a fair complexion, about 5ft 6in with a slim build, blue eyes and straight, long mousey brown hair.

Det Insp Dave Berry, who is leading the investigation, said: “Charlie has gone missing before. However, she has now not been back to Staplehurst for over a month and naturally we are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare.

“We believe she is still in the Maidstone area having been seen in the town centre and we would encourage anyone who recognises Charlie to contact us immediately.

“I would also like to personally ask Charlie to get in touch to let us know she is safe and well.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Maidstone Police Station on 01622 604180 or call Kent Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
