Police have charged two people with dealing heroin and crack cocaine after arrests in Maidstone.

Akeem Harris, 26, of Albert Road, South Norwood and a 16-year-old boy from Catford, who can't be named for legal reasons, were arrested in Sutton Road on Monday.

They were charged on and are due to appear before magistrates today.

At this appearance, they were remanded to prison, to appear in court again at a later date.

A 41-year-old man from Maidstone who was also arrested in the Farrows off Loose Road. He has been released from custody pending further enquiries.
