A flasher exposed himself to a dog-walker in woods near Maidstone.

Detectives say the man exposed himself to a woman as she walked her dogs in Heath Woods, Penenden Heath, just before 1pm on Saturday.

The man was in his 30s, 6ft 4ins and of Eastern European appearance. He was wearing baggy trousers, similar to a shell-suit and a black fleece-like hat with red piping on it.
