Kent Police seek short males after furniture stolen from a garden in Chantry Road, Marden

Police are searching for a pair of pint-sized pilferers after furniture was stolen from a garden in Marden.

The hunt is on for the short culprits, described as a 3' 6'' white male wearing a black hoody and white baseball cap and a 3' 6" male also wearing a black hoody, after two metal chairs were stolen from a house in Chantry Road.

A Kent Police spokesman said that the force are still searching for the suspects but was unable to confirm whether they were believed to be adults or children.

It comes after garden gnomes Gordon and Gertie were stolen from outside their home in Sutton Road, Maidstone, and returned home following an alleged 'kidnapping'.

The latest theft is believed to have occurred around 10.45pm last Thursday.

The teen was arrested yesterday.
