A new sports store has opened in Maidstone town centre... two years after the last one closed.

DW Sport will opened its doors to the public in Fremlin Walk this week.

The chain is located in the former JJB Sports shop which closed following the company's collapse in 2012.

The alleged assault happened in Fremlin Walk

The opening of the store, which will include a Reebok FitHub providing speciailist sporting equipment, will be marked by a four hour fitness challenge for members of the pubic from 11am to 3pm tomorrow.

The event will include free demonstrations and competitions with a pair of Reebok Z Quick trainers up for grabs.
