Police have arrested a 17-year-old in connection with three burglaries at a new housing estate.

The teenager was arrested on suspicion of burglary after officers recovered a VW Golf which was stolen from a driveway on Wednesday night, in Roman Way, Boughton Monchelsea, Maidstone.

He is currently being questioned at Maidstone Police Station.

The burglary was the neighbourhood's third break-in within the past week.
