A WOMAN had to be cut free from her car after a collision involving three vehicles on a Kent motorway slip road.

Emergency services were called to the accident, which involved two cars and one HGV, on the coast-bound slip road of the M20 at junction 6, near Maidstone, just before 5.30pm yesterday.

Rush hour traffic was diverted up Blue Bell Hill while Kent Highways cleared debris from the scene.

The incident had been dealt with by 6.30pm and the road was fully re-opened by 9pm.

The woman's injuries were not described as life threatening.
