Tommy Warrilow isn’t ready to give up on Tonbridge’s Blue Square Bet South challenge.

Angels are nine points behind the play-offs after back-to-back defeats and only three clear of the relegation zone.

But boss Warrilow, pictured, is staying positive ahead of two games in four days with a trip to Bath on Saturday followed by a home game with AFC Hornchurch on Tuesday.

He said: "I want tough targets for the lads and all the time it’s mathematically possible to get in the play-offs, we’ll keep banging the drum. The league has bunched up again with a few teams below us winning games but I’m still looking up rather than down.

"But we’ve got to start winning games because we’ve got a hell of a March coming up with four of the top five to play."

Sonny Miles (ankle) and Henry Muggeridge (concussion) are doubts for the Bath match as Angels look to bounce back from their 4-0 home defeat by title hopefuls Chelmsford last weekend.
