Tonbridge Angels manager Tommy Warrilow upbeat despite league position

Tonbridge Angels face two Ryman League Premier Division games in four days, travelling to Bognor Regis on Saturday and then hosting Cray Wanderers on Tuesday.

Although Tommy Warrilow's men have dropped to 18th in the table, the Tonbridge manager is still staying upbeat.

Warrilow (pictured) said: "There are still 57 points to play for and I’m making sure the dressing room stays positive.

"We are not having a good time but we need a little bit of luck to get us off and running."

Phil Starkey’s arrival has helped Warrilow’s defensive problems with John Heath and Liam Harwood sidelined by leg and knee injuries respectively.
