Maidstone United's on-loan striker Matthew Wright

Maidstone were forced to settle for a replay in the FA Trophy, after being held to 1-1 draw away at Waltham Forest in the first qualifying round.

The Stones took the lead against through loanee Matthew Wright (pictured left) after 24 minutes, but were soon pegged back. Andre Humphrey-Modeste got the home side back on terms just ten minutes later.

The two sides meet again on Tuesday night in the replay at Homelands. Kick off 7.45pm.

Tonbridge Angels are already in the hat for the next round, following an impressive 2-0 away win at Sutton United.

Steve Ferguson opened the scoring on the stroke of half time and Paul Booth added the second after 68 minutes.
