Wet weather cancels Big Lunch in Maidstone's Brenchley Gardens

Wet weather has cancelled a free commemorative event.
The Big Lunch was due to be held in Brenchley Gardens, Maidstone, from noon today.
The picnic formed part of a programme planned by the council to mark 100 years since the start of the First World War.
