LLoyd Hume will pick a similar side to Saturday

Maidstone v Abingdon

MAIDSTONE United will have another patched up team for Wednesday's FA Trophy replay with Abingdon United.

Definite absentees include Lee Shearer (suspended), Andy Martin (suspended), Errison Ahwan (hamstring) and Craig Roser (honeymoon).

Ben Lewis will not be risked if he is not fully fit - he was a substitute in Saturday's 2-2 draw - and Chris Smalling is likely to still be absent on England under-18s trials.

Joint manager Lloyd Hume said: "It will be a similar side to the one we had on Saturday.

"While the FA Trophy is very important, the league is our priority so we will not risk Ben if he isn't fully fit. We have a very important game against Folkestone Invicta on Saturday.

"But of course we want to win this game. With us going out of the FA Cup, it's the second most important competition we are in, and winning is an important habit."

Second half goals from Jimmy Strouts and Lynden Rowland enabled the Stones to come back from two goals down at their British Gas Football League opponents and earn Wednesday night's replay.

Kick off at Bourne Park is 7.45pm.
