MAIDSTONE United face a replay against Bury Town after the two sides shared a 1-1 draw in the FA Trophy first qualifying round on Saturday.

The home side went in front in the 37th minute after a poor defensive header from Lee Shearer allowed Lee Reed to score.

During an end-to-end second half Stones substitute Mo Takaloo got the equaliser in the 77th minute.

Takaloo scored with a trademark finish, with his back to the goal, after Errison Ahwan knocked the ball down from Aaron Lacey's long throw.

The replay will be at Bourne Park on Wednesday night, but Stones will be without Shearer who became their seventh sending off of the season when he was red-carded for an alleged elbow.
