Aylesford Bulls Ladies retained their Premiership status after a brilliant fightback.

They trailed old rivals Thurrock 17-0 early in the second half of Sunday's play-off at Cobham.

Tries from Tatiana Tafatu, Georgia Gray and Sarah Rioran, plus a Tayla Kinsey conversion took the match to extra time.

And Bulls completed a memorable comeback when Aldora Itunu crossed the line for a 22-17 victory.

Bulls can look forward to a third season in the top flight while Thurrock stay in Championship South.
