In total 340 tonnes were pulled, 300 metres travelled and more than £1,000 raised in a truck pull last weekend.

Members of Evolution Strength and Fitness, in Upper Mills Road, Aylesford, took part in the event which saw 10 men pull a 17 tonne vehicle over a 15 metre course and 10 women pull a 7 tonne vehicle the same distance.

Ballerinas and super heroes strained in aid of The Children's Trust, raising more than £1,000 in the process.
