Investigation after eight cars badly damaged in fire at Quarry Wood industrial estate in Aylesford

A fire at an industrial estate in Aylesford that has left eight cars severely damaged is being investigated.

Crews were called to Quarry Wood, in Mills Road, at just after 6.30pm yesterday.

Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used hose reels and foam to put out the blaze.

Kent Fire and Rescue Service said the cause is under investigation.

Two crews were at the scene until just after 7pm.
