A man has escaped uninjured after a tree fell onto the car he was driving.

The accident happened around 12.33pm on Whetsted Road in Five Oak Green near Tonbridge.

It was reported that the tree had fallen onto a Mini Cooper and that a man had been inside the vehicle.

Police and paramedics attended but no injuries were reported.
