Fallen trees have caused disruption on roads and railways around Kent as 80mph gusts hit home.

Winterfield Lane was blocked in both directions near Lucks Hill, as was King Hill in West Malling, Malling Road in Mereworth, Maypole Lane in Goudhurst, Back Street in Leeds, Watery Lane in Kemsing, and Tonbridge Road in Hildenborough.

Trains have been suspended between Ashford and Maidstone because of a tree on the line at Lenham.

A severe weather warning is in place as Storm Doris causes high winds set to cause travel disruption and damage to trees and buildings across the county.
