An animal charity is appealing for help after four ferrets were stolen from them.

The RSPCA's Leybourne Animal Centre says the group were taken in the early hours of this morning.

Ferrets Scooby, Orville, Jade and Perrie were stolen from the RSPCA Leybourne Animal Centre

Now, they are appealing for anyone with information on the whereabouts of Scooby, Orville, Jade and Perrie to come forward.

The charity said: "Please share far and wide. Our ferrets are believed to have been taken early this morning from RSPCA Leybourne Animal Centre.

"They are microchipped and neutered. Police are aware. Please keep and eye out. We need to get them back safe and sound."

The animal centre hit headlines earlier this year after some of its animal, including the quartet's brother Fred, predicted some of England's results at the Euro 2020 championships.
