Police hunting a flasher who reportedly exposed himself to a child have arrested and charged a man.

The offences are alleged to have taken place on Saturday, July 8 at locations near to The Forstal in Hadlow.

Ryan Giles was arrested on Tuesday and charged with indecent exposure and engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child.

The 32-year-old, of The Paddock in Hadlow, was remanded in custody to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court today.
