Van and car fires in Bramley Road, Snodland

Cars and nearby homes suffered heat damage after a van caught fire.

Fire crews were called to the blaze in Bramley Road, Snodland, which had spread to a car.

The heat from the fire caused another two cars to suffer heat damage.

A small number of nearby homes experienced heat damage to doors, windows and guttering.

Crews used breathing apparatus, a hose reel jet and a main jet to extinguish the fire.

The van was destroyed in the fire and the car suffered extensive damage.

There were no injuries and the cause of the fire isn't known.
