Snodland man Thomas Brachio charged with hacking Facebook and iCloud accounts

A Snodland man has been charged with illegally accessing the personal details of two people.

Thomas Brachio, 26, of Oxford Street, is accused of logging onto a man’s iCloud account without his permission in March last year.

He is also alleged to have hacked into the same victim’s Facebook page, and also that of a separate woman.

The unauthorised access of another person’s internet accounts is an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.

Brachio was charged on yesterday and bailed to appear at Maidstone Magistrates’ Court on Friday, July 6.
