East Malling 'catapult' attack leaves man with head injury

A man has been treated for head injuries after he was reportedly attacked by somebody using a catapult.

Police were called at 9.45pm yesterday to reports of a disturbance in Columbine Road, East Malling.

A man had been assaulted and was later treated at hospital for a head injury.

The injury is not believed to be serious. Police attend the scene and no arrest have yet been made.

Inquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances and cause of the injury.
