There have been delays in Westerham High Street this evening after an accident.

A car and a pedestrian were involved in the incident at around 6.30pm.

There are no details yet of any injures sustained, but there has been slow-moving traffic in both directions while emergency vehicles attended.

The accident happened on the A26 near the junction with the B2024 Croydon Road.

Traffic reports said just after 7.45pm the road had cleared and traffic had returned to normal.
