The indicative plans suggest 22 seats in the restaurant near the as-yet-unopened Village Centre.

The name of the operator has not been revealed. The plans include the installation of an extraction unit at the back of the property.

It comes after the opening of a Co-op in the close, off Hall Road.

The branch welcomed its first customers in August last year.
