Metropolitan Police offer £5,000 to help find man following attempted murder in West Kingsdown

Police are offering a £5,000 reward to find a man wanted for attempted murder and arson.

Metropolitan Police is appealing for information to help locate Peter O'Brien following an incident in West Kingsdown on August 19.

The victim suffered life threatening head injuries and a vehicle used in connection with the offence was later found burned out.

The 22-year-old is known to visit Gravesend and West Kingsdown as well as Charlton, Woolwich, Eltham and Kidbrooke.

O'Brien is also wanted for class A drugs offences and grievous bodily harm which happened last July in Greenwich after he allegedly punched and strangled a woman causing a fractured skull and bleed to the brain.

Members of the public are advised to not approach this man and instead call police on 101, quoting reference CAD 2070/01OCT19.
