A man died after his vehicle crashed outside a Sainsbury's car park in Aylesford this morning.

The crash happened in Mills Road at 11.39am and no other vehicles were involved. It's thought the driver collapsed at the wheel before the crash.

Emergency services, including the air ambulance attended. The driver, understood to be from East Farleigh was pronounced dead at the scene.

Hermitage Lane resident Andy Good said: "I saw the air ambulance land over the road from me and I heard lots of sirens.

"A large white tent had been put up so I couldn't see what had happened."

Drivers are being warned to expect continued delays.
