Woman grabbed and sexually assaulted in Holborough Road, Snodland

A woman was grabbed and sexually assaulted while walking in Snodland.

The victim, in her 40s, was attacked as she walked between the clock tower and the BP petrol garage on Holborough Road at around 10.30pm on Thursday.

She felt someone grab her and pull her towards them and was then sexually assaulted before managing to run away in the direction of the garage.

Officers attended and carried out a thorough search of the area but were unable to trace the man.

Detectives from the West Kent vulnerable investigation team are continuing to carry out inquiries into the incident and would like to hear from anyone with information.

They are also urging any drivers who may been in the area to check dash cams which may have important footage.

The suspect is described as being tall, with a dark skinned appearance.
