Air ambulance lands in park in Sycamore Road, Strood

An air ambulance is reported to have landed in a park in Sycamore Road, Strood.

Witnesses say they saw police and paramedics coming out of a property in nearby Medway Gate.

A crowd of about 30 is reported to have gathered in the park next to the A228 Cuxton Road which links the M2 to Rochester.

A spokesman for the South East Coast Ambulance service said crews were called to a private address at 5.30pm and called for assistance from the air ambulance service at 6pm.
