Police and ambulance attend White Lion Pub in High Street, Chatham

Ambulance and police vehicles attended a pub after a person collapsed.

They were called to the White Lion in Chatham High Street just before noon today.

Paramedics attended the scene and continued treatment that had already begun.

The person was taken to Medway Maritime Hospital for further treatment.

South East Coast Ambulance spokesman Rich Airey said: "We would like to thank all those who helped the patient prior to our arrival."
