Police appeal after man dies in A229 Blue Bell Hill crash

Police are appealing for information about a crash which led to a young man's death.

Officers were called to an overturned Peugeot 206 on the Maidstone-bound A229 Blue Bell Hill between the Lord Lees roundabout and the slip road leading to Eccles and Ayleford at 12.50am today.

A red BMW is also thought to have been involved, which did not stop after the crash.

The driver of the Peugeot, a 23-year-old man from Buckinghamshire, died before he could be taken to hospital. His next of kin have been informed.

Officers want to hear from drivers with dashcam footage of the crash or of the cars involved.
