Application made to Medway Council for the redevelopment of MoD barracks in Gillingham

An application for the redevelopment of vacant Ministry of Defence barracks has been submitted with proposals for 12 apartments.

Plans have been put forward to Medway Council for the area between Medway Road and Cumberland Road, Gillingham.

The application for the land is for a number of flats with new access from Medway Road, car parking facilities for occupants and open space.

Copies of all application documents and plans are available to view online here.

Any representations on any of these applications should be with the council's planning service within 21 days from the publication date in writing or by email to planning.representations@medway.gov.uk.
