Man charged after Gillingham High Street business burgled on Christmas Day

A suspected burglar has been charged after allegedly breaking into a town centre business on Christmas Day.
Andrew Radford was arrested at his home in Balmoral Road, Gillingham, after a burglary at a commercial property in Gillingham High Street.
Gillingham beat officers attended the crime scene on Christmas Day and found items relating to the offence which happened at around 7pm.
The 42-year-old was then charged with burglary and appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on December 28.
He is now on bail until Monday, June 3.
