A barber shop has been taped off following a reported burglary in the early hours of this morning.

Police were called to Ted Barber, in Strood High Street, at 3.47am.

Officers attended and two men were arrested on suspicion of burglary.

The pathway outside the shop remained taped off this morning while officers and a police vehicle were parked up outside.

A spokesman for the force confirmed inquiries are ongoing.
