Biker killed in three-vehicle road horror

A MOTORCYCLIST died in a three-vehicle accident on the A228 on Tuesday night.

The 22-year-old man, from the Medway area, was pronounced dead at the scene after the crash on the A228 at Upper Stoke on the Isle of Grain.

It happened when his Suzuki motorbike was in collision with an articulated lorry and a Ford car at about 8.30pm.

The drivers of the other two vehicles were treated for shock and minor injuries.

The dead man has yet to be formally identified.
