Efit released of man hunted over 'sex attack' on teenage girl in Chatham alleyway

This man is being hunted over an alleged sexual assault on a teenage girl in Chatham.

The youngster claims she was inappropriately touched by an unknown man as she walked along an alleyway between Sturla Road and East Street.

Detectives have today released an efit of a man they want to speak to in connection with the incident.

The suspect is described as between 27 and 33, slim and with short black hair.

He was wearing a white short sleeved T-shirt with black stitching around the sleeves and black trousers with a belt.

Details have just been released about the alleged attack, which happened between 10pm and 11.30pm on Sunday, July 27.

Witnesses or anyone who recognises the man in the efit is asked to phone DS Cara Ferguson on 01634 792584, quoting reference XY/26772/14.
