Chatham play their first home Ryman League, Division 1 South game for nearly two months, against Merstham on Saturday.

Chats’ last outing at Maidstone Road was a 2-0 defeat by Godalming on November 13

Manager Paul Foley (pictured) said: "Merstham looked a good side when we won 2-0 there in August, so it should be a good game."

He admitted he was still hurting after his side's 2-1 reverse against Ramsgate at Southwood on Monday.

Kane Rice was forced off with cramp with five minutes left in the game, while substitute Joe Fuller will be out for two weeks after needing five stitches in a gashed shin.

Nick Hegley returns on Saturday but Gary Ward starts a three-game ban.
