Police hunt driver after hit and run crash involving mother and children in Palmerston Road and Magpie Hall Road, Chatham

Police are hunting a motorist who fled after colliding with another car driven by a mother, with her two children inside.
The crash involving a Citroen and a Renault happened on Magpie Hall Road near the junction for Palmerston Road in Chatham just before 5.20pm.
A police spokesman confirmed they are hunting one of the drivers who fled the scene.
No one is thought to have suffered any serious injuries.
Police and paramedics were at the scene until 7pm.
