Your child could win a share of £2,000 in this year's Medway Messenger Cute Kids competition which starts today.

It's being held at Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre until Saturday, February 21.

Photographers from Starlight Studios will be outside Boots taking pictures of your adorable youngsters from 10am to 4.30pm each day (except Sundays).

No appointment is necessary so just turn up with your biggest smiles, though there may be a wait at busier times.

There are two age categories this year, 0-24 months and 25 months and over, with no upper age limit.

There is no charge to take part in Cute Kids but the photographer will return to Hempstead Valley from February 23 to 27 to sell copies of the photos to those who wish to buy them.

All pictures will appear in the Medway Messenger on a future date when readers will get the chance to vote for their favourites.
