A local cycling club is asking local people to support them in their efforts to get a Velodrome built in Medway.

The Medway Velos, who have been cycling across the towns for the last five decades, are encouraging people to send letters of support for the project to their local MP. People can log onto the clubs website and download a copy of a template letter which can be e-mailed or posted to their Member of Parliament.

Members meet regularly for rides and social activities and all levels of ability are catered for. The club are particular keen to welcome novices, juniors, women and triathletes to join them for rides, events and trips.
