A person has been taken to hospital after falling off a push bike.

Paramedics and police were called to the incident at Chatham High Street at 12.20pm this afternoon.

The cyclist suffered cuts to the head and was taken to Medway Maritime Hospital.

The incident happened near the Go Outdoors store.

No further injuries have been reported and there were no other vehicles involved.
