A drug dealer from Rainham was caught with cocaine and a sock full of cash has been jailed for two years and eight months.

Ryan Graham, 26, of Station Road in Rainham, was stopped by patrols as he drove through Magpie Hall Road, Chatham, in January.

Officers stopped Graham, who was driving a BMW, and found cocaine and a sock full of cash totalling £260.

He was charged with being involved with the supply of Class A drugs.

Investigating officer PC Christopher Snell said: "Graham joins the ranks of other dealers who have been jailed for Class A drug offences in Chatham.

"His sentence is a clear warning to other offenders. If you deal drugs you will be arrested and punished accordingly."
