Firefighters tackled a blaze at a house in Rainham.

The fire broke out in a garden in Wheatcroft Grove, and spread to the kitchen window frame.

Three fire engines were sent to the scene at 3.30pm.

Crews remained there for around half an hour.

It is not yet known how the fire started.
