Firefighters tackled a grass blaze in Princes Park last night.

A crew were called to Heron Way at around 7.30pm to reports a patch of grass was alight.

Firefighters tackled two separate fire pockets in the area and put out the blaze within 15 minutes.

Nobody was injured in the blaze.
