Huge delays on the M2 coastbound by Junction 3 Rochester and Chatham due to broken down crane and fuel spillage

The M2 coastbound is at a standstill due to a broken down crane and a fuel spillage.

Two lanes are closed due to the incident between J3, for Chatham and Rochester and J4 for A278 Hoath Way, Gillingham.

Traffic is queuing on the M2 coastbound due to a fuel spillage by J3 Rochester and Chatham

Traffic was held for around 20 minutes at around 8am and motorists are still queuing.

Police have been contacted for details.
